1. Scope

These terms apply to the Android version of WSA RPC Bridge (the app running on Android devices). They do not apply to the desktop version.

By using the Android version of the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.

2. Eligible Age

  • The Android version is intended for users aged 13 or older (or above the minimum age defined by the laws of your region of residence, if higher).
  • Users under the age of majority (13 or older) must use the App with parental consent.
  • Use by anyone below the eligible age is prohibited.

3. Compliance with External Services’ Terms

Section titled “3. Compliance with External Services’ Terms”

The Android version uses Discord’s features (Discord Rich Presence). When using it, you must also comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Discord’s developer terms (including the Discord Social SDK terms).

4. Prohibited Conduct

  • Allowing anyone below the eligible age to use the Android version
  • Using the Android version’s features for unlawful purposes
  • Any other conduct violating laws or these terms

6. Open Source License

The App is published as open source software under the MPL-2.0 license. See LICENSE and the “Licenses” screen in the app for details.

7. Disclaimer

  • The App is provided without warranty of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, completeness, or accuracy.
  • The developer assumes no liability, to the extent permitted by Japanese law, for any damage arising from use of the App.
  • Features may stop working due to changes in or outages of Discord; the developer assumes no liability, to the extent permitted by Japanese law, for damage arising from this either.
  • Information sent to Discord is based on apps enabled by you (the media detection whitelist). Please understand that what appears on Discord is determined by your own settings.

These terms are governed by Japanese law. For disputes relating to these terms, the court with jurisdiction over the developer’s location shall be the exclusive agreed court of first instance.

These terms may be changed as necessary. Changed terms take effect when posted on this page.
